What you can report
You may report copyright, image, or privacy violations; images without publication permission; non-consensual content; concerns involving minors; or other unlawful material.
Use a general enquiry for factual errors or broken links.
Information to include
Provide as much of the following information as you reasonably can.
- The Nightiva URL and the work or image concerned
- Why you believe the material should be removed
- Your relationship to the subject, such as rights holder, authorized representative, or performer
- A contact email address and information supporting your claim
What happens after submission
The public form does not accept file attachments. If supporting material is needed, we will provide a safe way to send it after reviewing the submission.
We review the submission and may pause publication, correct the catalog, or verify the source. We may ask for more information where the request cannot be assessed as submitted.
We may be unable to remove content when the claimed right cannot be verified or the report appears false.
Urgent danger
For immediate danger, a crime in progress, or a child-safety emergency, contact the appropriate local authorities in addition to sending the form.
