Eligibility

Nightiva is intended for people aged 18 and over. You must also be allowed to view adult content where you live.

Prohibited conduct

The following conduct is prohibited.

• Unauthorized access, bypassing security controls, or disrupting the service
• Excessive automated access or data collection without prior permission
• Infringing another person’s rights or using the service for unlawful purposes
• False reports, impersonation, or spam submissions

Catalog information and external services

We work to keep information accurate, but do not guarantee that prices, availability, or catalog details are always complete or current. Confirm official information before purchasing.

A seller’s terms govern purchases, payments, refunds, and access. Nightiva is not a party to transactions on external services.

Intellectual property and service changes

Rights in works and images remain with their respective owners. Nightiva’s original copy, interface, and logo may not be used beyond what applicable law permits.

We may change or suspend part of the service for maintenance, security, or improvement. The date on this page is updated when these terms change.

Reporting a problem

Use the contact form to report infringement, unlawful material, or incorrect catalog information. Include the relevant Nightiva URL and reason.

Posting comments

Comments are public and anyone can read them. You are responsible for what you post. We ask you to confirm you’re human before posting.

The following are not allowed. We may hide or remove comments that break these rules without notice and restrict repeat offenders. Comments that receive enough reports are hidden automatically.

• Insults, discrimination, threats or harassment
• Personal information, contact details such as email addresses or social handles, and links
• Content that sexualises minors, unlawful content, or content that infringes others’ rights
• Advertising, spam or repeated posts

Accounts, notifications, and contributions

To create an account, you must be at least 18 and verify your email address. Features that require a verified email, including comments, ratings, contributions, or notifications, are available only to verified accounts. Passwords may be 12–128 characters and have no character-composition rules. Do not share your password, verification or reset links, authentication factors, or recovery codes. Multi-factor authentication is optional for general users and required for creator and staff privileges. Email-confirmation links expire after 24 hours and password-reset links after one hour; neither link signs you in. New-release notifications for followed creators are optional and off by default. Work titles appear only if you enable that setting separately.

We may use ratings and tags to operate and improve the Nightiva catalog and search. Administrators may inspect individual submissions in internal tools to review abuse or policy violations. Internal moderation access does not make a submission public. We may include reviewed contributions in search, aggregate ratings, or display catalog tags on the service. We may hide or remove contributions that break these terms.

You can export account-linked information as JSON and request account deletion from account settings after verifying your identity. Deletion removes the credentials, email address, sessions, notification settings, follows, and activity linked to the account. Every comment you posted remains as a blank record with its text and display name erased and a “Former member” label, whether or not it has replies. We may retain records needed for safety or legal duties after removing account identifiers where possible. Encrypted backups may retain deleted data until scheduled expiry. Account deletion does not rewrite existing backup copies.

You may vote agree or disagree on existing work tags, propose tag names, support approved proposals, and rate a work in four areas—story, visuals, situation, and satisfaction—on a 1–5 scale. We may use these contributions to operate and improve the Nightiva catalog and search. Administrators may inspect individual submissions in internal tools to review abuse or policy violations. Public information is limited to vote and support totals, the average and number of ratings for each area, and the names of approved proposals; pending proposal names and individual votes, support, and ratings are not public. Approved proposals become search candidates after five supports, and search inclusion requires separate administrator confirmation. When you delete your account, we remove the account identity as well as your likes, watches, tag votes, proposal support, ratings, and pending or rejected proposals. Approved proposals remain as catalog proposal data, but we replace the proposer hash with a fresh, non-identifying hash that no longer links the proposal to your account.

If creator features are offered, we grant only the role needed after verifying the account's membership in the corresponding canonical creator profile. A matching display name alone does not establish membership. A role assignment does not establish copyright ownership, authority to represent another person, a performance agreement, or any other rights. Automated agents are non-human service identities, not user accounts, and cannot sign in as users or administrators.

Creator profiles, articles and videos

Creator profiles require an application by the owner aged 18 or older, or manual registration by an editor with recorded owner consent. We record consent time and the terms version, and a moderator verifies ownership using a temporary code on the external profile. A verified mark confirms ownership of that account.

Profiles, campaigns, work introductions and owner-supplied images are reviewed before publication. You must hold the necessary rights to submitted text and images. Owners may withdraw their profile at any time through the console; public page and image access stops immediately.

External videos use official players only after the official or verified channel, enabled embedding and permission are checked. Articles are not republished from other sites; quotations must be short and attributed. Agent drafts follow the same review, source and publication limits, and the byline names the responsible desk.
